The space

The Villa is a luxury stone villa that can accommodate up to 7 people. As it has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms with shower, living room and large outdoor area!

You will find an outdoor heated pool as well as an indoor heated hot tub, where you can relax and enjoy your coffee or evening cocktail. There is also a fully equipped barbecue area where you can enjoy your meals with friends or family.

The 3 bedrooms have Safe box and the beds have an extra top layer.

Ground floor:

- A comfortable living room with satellite TV, A/C and a large sofa that can be converted to a single bed, in order to accommodate 1 more person.

- A fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining table in order to enjoy your meals.

- A master bedroom with a large double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, furniture + TV, air conditioning and a small lounge.

- A Jacuzzi area with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror. You can consider it as the guest toilet.

Upper Floor:

There are 2 bedrooms located on the first floor.

- 1st bedroom, with double bed, large wardrobe and TV, air conditioning. It also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and hair dryer. This bedroom has a large balcony with an exterior lounge as well.

- 2nd bedroom, 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, Air conditioning and TV. Bathroom with shower (en-suite) and hair dryer.

Outdoor area:

Completely private space.

There is a large outdoor dining area, outdoor heated pool, large wooden sofa-bed (3 persons), BBQ and a wood oven.

The pool is heated (the temperature adjustment procedure is performed only from the owners). Exterior lights come on with a timer.

- Towels

- Pool/beach towels

Guest access

Our guests have access in all the areas of the villa, the private pool and Jacuzzi area with the comfortable sun loungers in the patio and the BBQ.
